I have over 25 years experience in the real estate and mortgage industry, focusing on file management and compliance. My passion for real estate combined with my thirst for knowledge allows me to stay abreast of changes in the industry.
I began my career in 1990 as a receptionist for a real estate and mortgage company in Sonoma County, CA. With ambition and tenacity, I learned everything I could about the business, working my way through the ranks from loan processor to Operations Manager for four offices and becoming one of the most respected loan processors in the region.
In 1998, I switched gears and assisted my (former) husband in launching and running a residential painting company, which allowed me to stay home with my son, born in 1999. In 2003, I reconnected with a former colleague and signed up to run his real estate and mortgage office.
After the mortgage meltdown in 2008, I returned to school to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Management. My family was transferred to Southern California where I began work in property management, taking on a portfolio of 128 homes and condos. In 2013 we were transferred to Portland, OR. This was an exciting opportunity, as it would bring me closer to my family in Oregon and Washington.
In 2015 I started REgal TC, LLC to offer listing and transaction coordination services to real estate agents in Oregon and Washington. I love what I do and it is evident in my work.

With over five years of experience in the Real Estate industry, I enjoy assisting and specializing in all areas of listing support. I pride myself on careful attention to detail and aiding my team in their efforts to serve our wonderful agents.
I was born and raised in Oregon and love calling this state "home." Outside of work, I greatly enjoy being a wife and mother and spending quality time with my family. We enjoy camping, fishing, and trips to the Oregon Coast along with exploring vineyards and Portland's diverse food scene!
Jacob Rogers
Office Assistant
When not assisting with filing and other miscellaneous office tasks, Jacob attends college part-time where he is studying history and archaeology. Jacob enjoys learning about history and animals, spending time with his friends, and is an avid video game player who prefers computer based programs over gaming systems.
