You've secured the seller, now what?
REgal TC can get the listing process started for you. We will pull tax records and previous listings to obtain as much information on the property as possible. From there we will prepare the listing contract, and supporting documentation for your review before obtaining seller signatures. State and brokerage required disclosures will be prepared and sent. We will input data into the regional MLS system and upload photos when available. You add the rest of the details and your listing is ready for market.

Simply send the sales contract into REgal TC and we will take it from there. From compliance review to closing, we have you covered. We will review all paperwork for signatures and deadline dates, collecting additional information as needed. We open escrow and send the file to the lender. Timelines are sent to all parties to ensure everyone is on track to close. We will upload all documentation into your broker's database for compliance review. We will even update your CRM database with the new transaction. We have systems in place to track all of the moving parts of the transaction to ensure a complete file at closing.

Don't need someone to manage your files? Perhaps you just need a second set of eyes to ensure your documents are complete and fully signed. We are available to double check dates and signatures for compliance, as well as recommend additional items that may be needed by your brokerage to ensure your file is compliant with state regulations.
